Exceptional
The room was very stylishly decorated, extremely clean, the bed was excellent, and the minibar was spacious. The breakfast was very diverse, and there was a chance to see a small crocodile in the pond at the center of the hotel. The welcome event organized by the hotel was fantastic; a big thank you to GM Ross and the rest of the team. The hotel's pool area is like a sanctuary in the midst of bustling Lusaka.

Service was great and staff were all welcoming and courteous without exception. Restaurant buffet meal was excellent with plenty of choice for vegetarian and non vegetarian diners. Salad selection was varied and plentiful as was the vegetable choices too. Desserts were exquisitely presented and delicious. We had a lovely stay, thank you to the entire team.

Disappointing
Water pressure in my shower was very poor leading to a horrible shower experience for this level of hotel. Maintenance had a look and couldn't figure it out. I was left to traipse miles to an empty room to shower after the water almost dribbled to a halt. The GM apologized at breakfast after the 3rd day but there was no compensation for a disappointing stay and the fact that I had been inconvenienced for an entire week. Not impressed as a was a regular visitor and expected better service. The WIFI bounces around all the time too making it difficult to keep a connection for Zoom meetings, very frustrating at the best of times. I asked about it on numerous occasions and was told the service provider was looking into it. Again, not what I expect from a business hotel.

Very nicely appointed hotel with lovely pool and garden. An oasis in busy Lusaka. I really liked the room which was large, very comfortable and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and restaurant food is good.
Staff generally are fairly slow and not particularly responsive. I think part of the problem may be that they need more staff in the restaurant and front desk.

Staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Quiet place in the middle of Lusaka. Very good breakfast, you will miss nothing.
