Stuff was friendly and very helpful. Pillows were very comfortable,I like them.
room 29 to be specific has carpets and I don’t know how they clean them but they had a very bad smell the whole room my entire time I was staying there.they rilly need to do something serious about those carpets. Must upgrade their room entertainment and put smart tvs with services like Netflix,prime,YouTube kids etc.

My room was clean and the housekeeper I would find had folded my clothes. Room was spotlessly clean Breakfast was good
The pool didn't look that clean. The hotel also looks old especially from the outside. The receptionist were just okay not cold but not so friendly.

The food was pretty good, along with the location.
I felt that my room wasn't cleaned very well daily. I also struggled with the staff at mealtimes to get attended to in a timely manner.

A lovely property in the heart of Lusaka, with very accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, and a solid restaurant to boot! Having breakfast or lunch on the verandah, adjacent to that lush pond, was perhaps the biggest bonus of staying here.
There was no shower gel, shampoo or hand soap provided in the toilet, which was quite surprising to me. The pool, although in a lovely setting, needed some cleaning for sure!

Very pleasant place, nice pool and overall comfort is exceptional. Larger rooms and if you don't have noisy neighbours, very quiet place. Services at high standard, nice breakfast and lunch/dinner also buffet style, although not cheap.
Breakfast tee/coffee took a while sometimes, some smoke at first night. only.

I really enjoyed the breakfast on the second day when we made it early. The first day when we came to breakfast closer to the finishing time, it was not very fresh and full. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and I wasn't very impressed with the food and service. Breakfast was much better.
The pool area wasn't clean enough. We even found broken glass around the pool and there weren't enough towels. The second night we stayed, the maid service took our dirty towels and didn't leave fresh ones.
