The staff are great, location is pretty good if you need to be that side of town or central (ish), the place is clean, right next to a lot of shops and places to get food. Its quiet and its a nice premises.
The showers could use upgrading, Ive stayed in a few rooms and all of the showers are a bit wonky.

I did not like the male receptionists Eric attitude. Was very pushy. Attempted to make payment using my card without my authorisation. Swiped my card resulting in the bank not authorising payment Thereby creating difficulties for my use of debit card. Instead of asking me to insert my PIN number. Was very pushy about me vacating the apartment on my final day. Lacking in public relation skills. Was not friendly in his approach. Creating an atmosphere of unease and annoyance. Very poor behaviour.
