The extra King size bed was really huge and was able to fit all 3 of us, I only stayed here for one night as a transition hotel to Kalumbila but the reception was amazing
I think the cusomer service can be improved especially by the stuff working in the bar and restuarant. The stuff took long to sit us dowm when we arrived until we called them, the food we ordered took long to be served and there was a mistake in my wine order, i ordered dry red wine and i was given sweet red wine.

They stole my phone the staff. We traced it to the staff quarters where it was until fully charged and removed from the premises.

The staff was excellent. The buffet lunch was really good; the coffee was great as well. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Good location close to East Park Mall and Arcades.
Water pressure in the shower was poor. Batteries in the safe were low, resulting in malfunction. The gym is small with poor ventilation and only one treadmill, which was very noisy and requires maintenance. The hotel really needs a modernisation upgrade.

1. Some of the service staff were very polite and forthcoming at the main restaurant
2. The location is perfect, the neighbourhood is safe, and 2-3 major malls are within walking distance
3. Clive and a lady (sorry, I fail to recollect her name)were most polite, always smiling and rushing to help.
1. Most of the service staff, especially the senior-looking ones, were either lost in their own issues or paying more attention to the white folk in the restaurant. It really took some effort to get their attention and try to communicate via their cold expressions.
2. Other than Clive, the rest that I came in touch with at the front office were most unfriendly in their approach and helpfulness. There was actually a lady, petite, wearing a full black uniform, in the morning of 7th October, who made my check out experience seem as if she was doing me a favour. Her aura, response, and attitude were as if she was doing me a favour at check out, but the minute a white person comes in front of her she is all happy and willing to help.

Staff in the restaurant is very slow, if you sit outside you have to get up and order. 5 star prices but the service doesn’t match. Breakfast isn’t worth $30. Rooms are nice enough but 5 star is a stretch

Location was good.
When we arrived the parking lobby and lift stank of sewage, and i had made a change on the booking which was not updated from the hotel side. Breakfast was not included, and we still had to pay for parking. Not good value for money.

Stayed here before and actually a radisson VIP member but terrible service, loud noisy rooms despite asking specifically for quiet room, we changed rooms 3 times, I was there for 3 nights even left early. They also had strange art up on the walls, quite uncomfortable, broken bed and poor facilities.
