Need to improve room interior!
1.Lack of enough Sockets for mobile charging 2. No master switch for lights 3. Shower room tiles and no anti slip matt 4. There was no hair dryer and there was no toothbrush and toothpest which are very essentials 5. Not proper handling of food at breakfast hall, lack of verities of food .

Gym was nice and location is good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was also good
I experienced some difficulty in obtaining my final invoice, which caused a bit of inconvenience during checkout. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. The generator switched on and off multiple times throughout the night, and the noise level was quite disruptive—it felt as though the unit was very close to my room. I would recommend exploring ways to reduce the sound impact of the generator, especially during nighttime hours.

The check in was swift and straightforward. The breakfast is good, but the menu for dinner is slightly limited. The roof terrace is a nice place to sit, though it can become quite windy. One of the lifts was being replaced, so with only one lift available it sometimes took a bit of time to get to your room, or the rooftop restaurant/bar/terrace.
At some locations, the rubbers between the aluminium window frames is out of its sitting. This causes a lot (a LOT) of noise from the wind that blows and whistles through there. Quite annoying. Also annoying is that the lift, the one that was in service, stopped a few times bewteen floors, descends to reset, and goes up again. Not what you want when you need to check-out (which was swift and straightforwards again).
