the food is excellent and vey tasty, the staff are amazing,the bed is very comfortable, nature around the place is perfect. the location great no matter where you want to go.
I didn't like the neighbours next to our room as they would come out at night and sit in the corridor and start chatting while we sleep, they woke us up many times and that was what made us leave because we did not get enough rest some nights.the owner should improve about putting up signs so everyone is mindful of their neighbours and making sure time is observed for silence so people can sleep without being disturbed.in the morning too some wake up very early and they talk loudly outside, not minding about the neighbours. this is the only complaint we have as a couple

I really enjoyed the bed. I slept better here than at some luxury hotels. Overall, I travel to Lusaka on the regular. and stay at natwange. it's a chill relaxed place that doesn't cost much. compared to many places this backpackers is the best in Zambia.
I didn't like that in the back rooms (shared) there's no wifi. they should add repeaters to extend the signal. Water shower doesn't get that hot either. the breakfast is basic, should have local fruits. Place needs a major upgrade.

The location was good
No power. No internet. No tea. No butter. 1000 mosquitoes, dirty pools, 1000 ants, no water pressure. The staff are kind to your face but do not do their jobs. There is a pool in the back with dirty still water which creates a breeding ground for mosquitoes. If the power comes on for 5 minutes you see 1000s mosquitoes.The staff is not prepared for the "free" breakfast. They run out of everything like tea and butter.

The breakfast was nice, with a decent variety and fresh options
The room was shared with 8 people, and while I understand that’s part of the setup, it made it hard to truly relax. It was noisy at times, and there was little room to just be with your thoughts.

Wonderful
We absolutely loved our time here and wished we had stayed longer. Our 8-year-old enjoyed running around the huge garden and climbing the trees. The staff was fantastic. The dinner, especially the barbecued fish, was one of the best I had on our trip to Zambia—rustic and tasty. We will be back.
The breakfast could use some improvement. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cover the entire compound.
