It was great that they picked us up from the airport and took us back the next day. Breakfast was included and was good but a bit cold by the time we got there. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Nice pool right outside our building. VERY friendly staff.
Quite a hike from the room to the main building to go for food or to the main foyer. The convention rooms were closer. Food was on the cold side for breakfast. Had to wait a really long time for lunch when we arrived....not sure if that was because we were ordering outside of the designated lunch time? Food was great when we got it. Rooms are outdated and in need of some serious repairs. Our shower head wasn't working well....in fact it was a dribble and you had to be right up against the wall to get into the water. When the water got hot it was squalding hot...beware if you accidentally hit the tap while showering. The taps on the bathtub had been bashed into the wall. I think before they spend money on adding new rooms...maybe fix the ones you have. Decor is a little outdated.

The Wifi was awful, and the music was so, so, so incredibly loud. Just boom, boom, boom all day long. You can hear the music throughout the whole convention center. If you want quiet don't come here. The little boys who control the speaker systems in Lusaka, do not care about anything but themselves. Best Advised to look for other places to stay. The place is gorgeous, but ruined by the music

Breakfast choices were not great, and dirty swimming pool. Also had to keep curtains closed due to lack of privacy

The property was clean and exceeded our expectation. It was child friendly and the rooms where massive. The staff made sure to add an extra bed for our little one which was really helpful for us

Room needed updating, poor quality finish. Restaurant menu had a fair selection but a lot of items were unavailable. Electrials scary in room

The Manager there Margret was very nice and kind and made my stay very pleasant. I loved the way the staff was ready to assist when in need of help.I also loved my room it exceeded my expectations. Very spacious.
The food at the restaurant. I didnt enjoy my dinner because the chicken was half done and i love my meat well done and also the order took a long time to come which i felt was inefficiency on their part.

Beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very good. The showers were very nice.
The Wi-Fi was very poor, the TV had four channels and did not work well after 21:00 hours. There was a table with bad legs. The service overall was okay. Had one important problem. I asked for another bottle of water and they said I had to pay for one. For a bottle of water.. that is getting ridiculous. And when I mentioned that fact, the staff laughed at me. The staff thought it was funny that I wanted them to give me a bottle of water. A place that wants to consider themselves a good place will always give a bottle of water to a client. Not have me go to a bar to buy another bottle. Communication between staff needs to be improved. I did talk with a new manager and he said he is working on these things. Along with not having real coffee which was quite irritating in this day and age. Again talking to the new manager, he mentioned he was going to be improving that also.

Breakfast was good. The staff are all friendly.
There are far too many steps with no signs to warn you. If you have mobility issue you will struggle with the amount of stairs there is. The price we booked here on Booking.com was not price charged at hotel, they charge us more despite telling them the price we book.

Location good. Near airport. Friendly staff. Thats about it.
No water in rooms. Check in took ages. Bathrooms dirty. Just a grubby hotel. Average food in the restaurant. Couldnt get out of there fast enough. Sorry for my honest review.
