Clean, efficient. Good stay. Shopping center not far away. Budget accommodation, so very basic, but good price. Pleasant common area.
Noisy, but that's normal around here, doesn't bother me.

The staff, especially Samson in the kitchen, is awesome. The location is great, and the value for the money is spot on: great price.
The facilities are what you get for the price you pay. You can get AC, but no private bathroom. Or a private bathroom, but no AC. The outlets often don’t work. And the WiFi only works in the mosquito infested courtyard.
All this said, it’s BY FAR the best deal you’re going to get in a great location… with a nice staff and good food!

The location
1) bed bugs
2) very dark room
3) no mosquitoes net, no mosquitoes spray
4) dirty kitchen, bathrooms
5) NO WIFI unless you come to receptionist
6) pool and bar area full of men. Weird to use the pool as guests
7) no Hot Water for shower
8) unfriendly staff, who also didnt mean to give me change

The facility is good if you remember its price. The communication with the host was perfect, as well as the location. The room was modest but with all necessary equipment for such a price. The territory and the stuff are excellent.

Stayed here two nights for a chance to explore Lusaka, definitely one of the best bang for your buck in the city.
Good breakfast, very nice staff, rooms are affordable and come with most of what you need.
Rooms weren’t that clean, and very limited restaurant if you don’t eat meat

Excellent staff. They go all out to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Even to point of helping to plan and book activities. The property is unusual - has a selection of accommodation, swimming pool and great bar and dining area. It’s only 15-20 mins walk into town. Definitely well recommended
