I liked the traditional Food and the Gym.
I also liked the Taxi's which are available just outside the hotel premises.
The Gym has adequate equipment. and there is an an aerobic studio
The check in was fast and efficient they were ready for us.
The menu on the little Boards for Breakfast are not a good idea, as well as the Dinner menu on the Board.

Perfect location for business visit, Spa was under renovation at the time of the visit and staff could not advise on alternatives. Best customer services in Zambia but definitely not to UK standard
Spa not working, no hair dresser on site and staff not proactive, they could suggest mobile therapists…

Breakfast, size of the room
I was charged an extra of USD 40 for a service I did NOT order, NOR was provided with: a transport from the airport. Despite several urgencies the before the last day - in the morning, around lunchtime and 9PM, promises wer made by the receptionists to handle the case with their manager and put the amount of USD 40 back to my card. Again reminded at 5AM the day of the departure, again promised to get refunded. It yet to happen. (BTW, at least another person travelling with the group was charged the same way.)

Excellent location, average Wi-Fi speed, front office staff make you feel like you are begging for service when checking in but the rest of stay was great and breakfast waiters were very good too. Aircons don't heat and first night was cold but was given an extra blanket which was very helpful.
Location, breakfast, waiters/waitresses, security at the car park and free drinking bottle water in the room.
