The grounds were very nice and staff were friendly.
Rooms were very old and run down. Furniture broken, my lampshade had mold. Also, playing music in the hallways makes no sense in a hotel where people are sleeping. I've never been in a hotel that played music in halls....

Great setting, gym, breakfast, business facilities, staff very friendly.
Access is not great, it's on a main road, if coming from one side, you have to go a considerable way past to turn and enter the property.

I booked on-line for single occupancy $ 48.50 and despite my questions at reception, $63.00 was deducted from my card, and it looks like because of dual occupancy which was NOT the case.
