The room was large and comfortable with great beds and bedding. The staff was exceptional and clearly one of the best parts of staying there. Outside dining and pool area were very comfortable and beautiful.
We stayed on the second floor but there is no elevator. I’m only mentioning it because we had very heavy bags and it made it difficult.

Breakfast was good but too expensive. Bring it own to k250.
The fruits . The omelet should have beef. Choose the nice sausage and grill it well. Save more of the steak. It was very nice.

The location is very good
I paid for one night, and I thought that being a hotel, a room comes with breakfast. I ended up paying for breakfast separately, which was an inconvenience.

Pleased with our stay and it was very convenient to the location where we worked. Staff is friendly, rooms spacious and clean, and would stay here again.
A few little things to consider.
BATHROOM -- have a doorstop in the middle of the bathroom floor was dangerous and painful. I stepped on it several times and nearly twisted my ankle. You could remove these and mount a doorstop on the wall instead so people don't hurt themselves.
POWER -- I understand it's not your fault, but it might be good to let guests who are not familiar with Zambia know ahead of time to re-scan their room keys each time they come into the hotel. It's not a problem, but would make it clear that the hotel understands the needs of guests and that the power outages are NOT because of the hotel itself.
COFFEE WITH BREAKFAST -- Sometimes we were charged for ordering coffee, sometimes we were not charged for ordering coffee. Most people expect that coffee is included with their breakfast. If this is NOT the case, perhaps a little note on the table explaining what to do/pay could be considered.

Staff did not know how payments or breakfast worked, they need a lot more training. Lack of management visible. Hotel is clean and well located but food is expensive and poor quality for the high price
