Breakfast was too good with ample options. the view from our room was also too good. Breakfast is something..no one should miss in BW lusaka ;-)
Dinner menu was short of starters and veg options, rest everything was fine. We had Chana masala, It was delicious...I even had quick words with chef for the same.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel. Very classic!
Staff at front desk didn’t know which rooms were available. It took three tries to get us a clean, ready room for occupancy. Even after a delay check in they would would permit us to extend our check out.

The overall property and its location.
Front staff was confused as to what rims were ready and available. First room we got it was found that it’s in the process of renovating. The second room we were given had not been clean from the previous occupants. It took us 20 minutes after arriving to get a ready room.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. First time was 1 night 2 years ago. I was impressed back then, and I remain impressed mostly because of the staff. They are all so kind, attentive, caring, and professional. The place is kept up and always looks polished. The breakfast is the best! Everyday they have a phenomenal selection of foods from around the world. And again, the service makes us feel like royalty! We leave this hotel feeling grateful and loved. Who knew a hotel could do that?! The manager even arranged something very special for my guests. They are Deaf, and he had his deaf staff kitchen employee attend them at breakfast. This hotel definitely has my return business. It’s also walkable to gas stations with specialty coffee houses attached and is also walkable to a mall.

Neat and spacious rooms. The washroom was neat and clean. The location was good and provided easy access to nearby facilities and malls. Staff were friendly and provided assistance when needed.
The Wi-Fi was not stable and was continuously breaking.

The location
Too noisy from the pool, same toilets for everyone at the pool and on floor 1 visitors and guests. The kitchen was not so professional as they served us burned fish and did not acknowledged.

Amazing staff, that what makes this place really special. All the staff put all their attention on the quality of the service, particularly friendly and always with a great smile on their face. The breakfast gives you plenty of options.
The water of the swimming pool was so dirty that could barely see the bottom.
The overall infrastructure is a bit ageing... making it a bit overpriced for the value you get.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth that it instantly felt like home. The staff are exceptional—attentive, kind, and always going the extra mile to ensure every detail is perfect. What stood out most was the Managing Director, who seems to know every guest by name and is present everywhere, leading by example with genuine care and hospitality. The atmosphere is one of comfort and familiarity, yet paired with a high level of professionalism. Staying here isn’t just about accommodation—it’s about being part of a place where people truly care.
