Disappointing
The breakfast was an over cooked egg, small slice of tomato 2 strips of onions and 2 non-toasted slices of bread. Took a lot of time and was not hot. That was the best part of the stay.
Plenty of mosquitoes, pool in unhealthy condition, spiders in closet and on the walls. No real hot water for shower. Had to ask for a towel. That was hard and small once I got it. No coffee, had to wait for a long time for an over cooked egg. Wifi code was wrong and had to ask staff many times for the correct code. No mosquito nets for an obvious mosquito problem.

Owners and staff are most certainly some of the kindest and caring people we have met.
Using the safari options available would certainly be worth every cent and would truly be that missing link for any holiday. We had an overall amazing experience.

water system as there was no water once power was not there, internet, was not there yet it had been indicated to be there. breakfast was terrible, there is a need for improvement and variety. Mostly there was no electricity, there is a need for backup

The breakfast was below standard and you have to beg for it even if there is load shedding I believe hospitality industry use gas cookers to serve the guests efficiently with hot food. Most lodges and hotels i have been to they set the breakfast buffet so that as guests walk in they're served even the common chefing dishes did not have burners to keep food warm coming to the sausage they cut it in tiny pieces and it doesn't give appetite, I only had my breakfast the first morning
The dinner was bad too much oil in the fried fish. Also the furnisher needs to be repaired they are a danger. I could not even get to swim because the pool did not look well maintained. The environment is so dry as compared to what is posted on Google you need to edit the photos or change

The pool only. Staff were good..
The place is very neglected.
Upon arrival, the deluxe double bed room was not available. Another small room was given, with the air-conditioning was not 100%.
The main door was not latching.
All lights not working
Lights went out twice.
Mosquitoes and flies plentiful.
Fixtures and fittings in bathroom terrible.
Didn't have water in toilet.
Had cold water baths
No hangers in cupboard. Etc etc
As for the childrens room.
I booked a room with 3 three single beds online.
They refused.
Gave them a dingy room in one corner, far away from us
No kettle
No fridge
No air-conditioning
They can do better if they want.
Will not refer to anyone else.

The staff were welcoming
The rooms, I felt like they can do better. The room didn't have a remote so we could not watch TV, the bathroom had no mats and no bathing soap. They need to change the headboards side cupboards

Angela was helpful and made wonderful Breakfast though sometimes the breakfast took long . Place has too much flies everywhere which was disgusting. Swimming Pool was green , wifi and dstv wasnt paid therefore None of them were working for 7 hours .Tv was constantly changed while watching. Location is perfect though alot of work and staff training needs to be executed

The room had no closet and the sockets where on the wrong side, not near the bed.
