Location is great.
Staff was very friendly and helpful , special thank to David, very cool and good guy.
The only thing to improve is to install some wifi repeaters to cover all the appartments and the mattreces are too soft.

The best thing about this place are people running it!
Maybe internet access in the room would be a good idea. Because, even if you charge separately, many people will prefer to pay it, rather than go outside to battle the mosquito army.

Location, safety
It’s too hot at night, I guess the hostel is a really eco friendly accommodation, there is only a fan in the room, but a fan doesn’t really help in the middle of October, even if you open the window, it’s still too hot. When you leave the windows open the mosquitoes will swarm in and eat you up.

The dorms I got were good. My lock did not fit the lockers there, but I was lucky to be alone in the dorms so I had a key for the door.
It's a very big backpackers, with a nice pool, and a small bar.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating and helpful.
They have a free shuttle from the border which was great.
You have a supermarket and ATM 5 min walk from the place, lots of restaurants around, and the best bar in Livingstone "Limpo's" is 2 mins away - check it out!
Nothing really. It was a bit empty, so no other travelers to mingle with. Otherwise everything was great.

Facilities were clean, neat and tidy. Staff friendly. The room had everything we needed.
The shower pressure wasn't great. But overall the bathrooms weren't bad.

We had a fantastic stay!Every staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to assist.
They seriously have to get Air conditioning, it's extremely hot. I woke up in the middle of the night and cry??
