We absolutely loved our stay at River Manor!
Staff were amazing, location is right next to everything you need, restaurants, bars, information centre. Hotel is super nice, love the interior, felt like home. Definitely 10 out of 10!

Stunning property. Gorgeous. Wonderfully decorated. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is in a nice area of town.
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Characterful and personal and good location on the edge of town.
The staff were particularly helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was delicious … it was lovely to help ourselves to fruits and other foods as well as be served a hot dish if we wanted it.
The water in the pools was too cold and our room at the front of the property was noisy from traffic.

Beautiful boutique hotel in walking distance to all that Stellenbosch has to offer. The room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, the garden/pool area and public spaces were beautiful. The staff were all very warm, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay at the River Manor.

Breakfast was great, inside parking was wonderful since Stellenbosch can be a nightmare regarding parking close to the town center, everything was within walking distance, a forgotten charging cable was safely stored for later collection, all just as we expected.

Perfect central location, walking distance from everywhere, but also next to a lovely tree-lined river and walking path, great food and staff, little luxuries in the bedroom and help-yourself freshly baked cake and hot drinks in the dining room. Will be back!

The Staff were great nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts were great. Outside pool areas are lovely clean and well maintained, relaxing and a perfect place to sit and chill. Location is great within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Parts of the property are in need of painting looks a bit tired eg downstairs resident toilet. Stair carpet in need of cleaning. Although the property itself is beautiful. Our deal at booking.com included dinner but no separate dinner menu was provided we had to choose off the lunch menu. Then we were offered two other alternatives it needed to ordered by 7pm. We only ate dinner the night we arrived as a consequence.
