Very good room and facilities. Everything was catered for well and is probably perfect for a solo business traveler, with adequate and efficient support. Recommended for solo business travellers on a short stay.

Facility is old, and can do with some upgrades
Old faded linen (was clean though)
It felt cramped, as if the owner is trying to cramp too many rooms in a too small space.
Our room opened onto a boundary waal with a bunch of potplants (not so neatly stacked) looked like it is used to grow them.

Booking in and out went well. We had to move to a different property, within 2 blocks. All went well. All we needed for a sleepover.

Although booking was confirmed for 2 nights, on arrival, they had no record of it. Found me an apartment for the fist night, but would have to check with manager about the 2nd night. On my 4th call the following day, there was an answer - found another apartment for that night.
First night's room - tv/remote in bedroom did not work, there was no remote for tv in main room.
No booking on their system, although they had confirmed. No manager present/available. No response. Faciltiies better suited for cheap student digs - which seems it primarily might be - than for tourist visits.

Beddings very old. Consider white linens. for the amount paid breakfast is quite dissapointing

Reception was amazing and so friendly. I was really really impressed with the young men that helped us check in. Clean facilities and nice garden for little ones.
Someone's old bottle of water was still in the room and there was only one satche of coffee. But that doesn't really bother me that much.
