The property indicated that there is a sleeper couch for a 3rd person. There was no sleeper couch, just a couch in the lounge which was not suitable for sleeping.

We booked 2 bed apartment. Only 1 bed made no bedding for second bed and the second bed had dirty duvet on the bare mattress. Instructions to park get into and leave keys afterwards unclear and difficult to follow

The value for money, security, prime location.
The bedroom inside the bathroom tool a while to get used to as the room got humid with the shower.

Outstanding location, clean, smart and secure apartment with convenient location. Lovely linen and great to have the log burner in winter.
Toilet right next to the bed was not ideal but not really a big issue.

The location was good. The flat was well appointed and we had everything that was needed for self catering. We appreciated that there was a secure car parking space available.
There was an issue with the TV that meant that we were unable to get Netflix, something that the apartment manual said that we should be able to get. Although people responded fast via WhatsApp, not having someone there meant the issue wasn’t resolved.

Great location, close to shops and huge variety of excellent restaurants.
Skylight in bedroom and close proximity to the lift which means you hear everyone coming and going all hours of the night. Toilet in main bedroom but thankfully there is a separate private guest toilet too.

it is very central and modern and you can have an enjoyable stay for a couple of days.
There was something wrong with the inverter so with loadshedding it was a bit of a problem. we reported the problem and was assisted on how to reset it manually, however you had to do this manually after each loadshedding session. which meant that although it says you have an inverter, you are without power a lot of the time(only during loadshedding times). It was going to be fixed soon after we left so it might be sorted already.
