It was my husband’s first stay in Stellenbosch he loved the location, the friendly staff and how helpful and kind they were. The fantastic lunch and breakfast and next time we will definitely have dinner and stay longer.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the downtown area, making it very convenient to walk around and explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, turn down with bottled water and a biscuit, great amenities, very nice shower and very good breakfast with good options.
Easy to hear a person from across room and outside too, but no excessive noise. Perhaps the walls are not too thick.

Although we couldn’t stay due to a cancelled flight, the Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa team was incredibly accommodating. They kindly offered us credit to use for spa treatments, dining, or future stays, which we ended up enjoying at their spa and restaurant - both were excellent. Excellent customer service and very understanding staff!

The location is minutes from the airport, and right in the town of Stellenbosch with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms and facilities were lovely, and the bar/restaurant on property is a wonderful place to wind down and have a nice meal after a long flight. Included breakfast was stellar and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Truly a five star experience. Old school charm and luxury at its best. Loved that the hotel is a 320 year old building located right on Church Street with the grand Moederkerk (Mother Church) in full view just a 100 or so metres away with many other historic buildings, art galleries, restaurants, cafes and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Comfortable, well decorated rooms with a well stocked fridge, coffee machine with pods supplied and everything needed to make a nice cup of tea. Full ensuite bathrooms. Dinner at St Helena's restaurant was excellent with outstanding service.
No complaints at all.
