Front staff and bellhops were friendly and helpful. Chalet interior was clean
Breakfast wait staff repeatedly appeared reluctant/unwilling to assist us while being welcoming and attentive to Caucasian guests. Made for an overall unpleasant experience.

the lodge is within a vineyard with amazing views across a golf course and the mountains in the horizon, cool pool area. If you like both wine and wine like me this is your haven
check-in service can be improved. Shuttle service is limited, better to extended to include the golf course club house. Reception asked us to walk for 20 mins holding our golf clubs to the club house, which didn't make much sense

We are a returning guest. The renovation upgrade was very successful. Views still fantastic.

The property is very beautiful, the rooms are very much comfortable. A very good breakfast. The restaurant is also very nice. There are bikes available to explore the beauty of the place which is fantastic.

We went to a birthday party at the golf club. Was great to have accommodation on the Estate
Been disturbed by arrival in neighbouring unit of drunk woman , screeming , laughting and shouting and arrival of males inviting the ladies to still go out . This all after 11.00 pm and till late

The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the golf course and mountains, and a particularly lovely vineyard. We also enjoyed the pleasant breakfast setting, just a short walk away.
The wine tasting included in our stay was a highlight, and the staff at both the tasting and breakfast were excellent.
However, the rooms themselves need improvement. While they appeared adequate, the bathroom was dated, featuring a shower head with poor water pressure and slow hot water.

room beautiful overlooking the pool. Breakfast was average.
Restaurant for evenings were closed for the 2 nights we were there so we had to go out of the Estate for dinner. Would have preferred this was communicated to us before check-in.
