Poor
The location is great, very quiet side of Pretoria. The rooms are clean. The wifi was good had no issues with connectivity. The quietness of the place, its peaceful.
The customer service was my biggest problem, there was no toilet paper in the room and there were no employees on the premises to ask. The room was clean but the stains on the bedding shocked me and the bed was not comfortable at all, it made weird noises.

Room looked clean until earring got lost lost, searched for it under furniture and discovered a lot of dirt.
Blanket had white stains, had to ask for it to be changed.

The room and bathroom being closer, very convenient, the yard and its landscape are amazing
Normally, DSTV is a standard platform for entertainment, sports and local shows especially for older people who cannot navigate through streaming services like Netflix, etc, wish DSTV on screen was enabled and not on the phone.

There was only one old towel in the bathroom, but we booked for 2 people.
The ceiling was dirty and water damaged.
