The room was great and clean. There were a lot of plants and greenery around, which was very nice. The table outside was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. The bed was also very comfortable and the little kitchen area was a great addition.
The roof was a little low for me at some places.

The house was perfect, and the environment was conducive. Besides water issues, it was a great and safe place near the seminary.
I couldn’t get hot water for three days for showering. When I called the manager, she had to take me to another house to shower I thought they would have fixed it, but this happened for two days. So I think they need to check on their hot water system. And actually, on the last day, I didn’t shower since there was no water. When I was leaving, the manager came asking if I had showered and I told her I hadn’t so she asked if she could take me to another place to shower, but I was on my way out to the airport.

The property is in a very safe area. Had tranquil gardens and were spacious.
Property was pretty much flawless. I’d maybe just add a breakfast option for guests for convenience but that’s just nit picking.

We absolutely adored your accomodation. From the lush gardens to the antique decorations and furniture. The kitchen was fully equiped and you can tell that a lot of love and effort went into designing the rooms. Will definetely come back and recommend your guesthouse to friends and family.

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful oasis in a very safe part of Pretoria. Grace was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless every time we returned from being out. There was plenty of storage so we could unpack and really make it feel like home. We loved all the lush greenery and the eclectic furniture. I thought the room might feel dark or cramped when I booked as it has a slanted ceiling, but it felt bright and happy to us.
The TV channels were very limited so we didn’t really watch it, which was fine- although I had anticipated a few movie nights when booking.

The one bed had controls for heatblankets right in the middle of the area where your feet are suppose to be. That is not ideal. Maybe just fix that.
