Everything was wonderful. Staff , location, owner, breakfast. They even packed us a breakfast goody bag because we had to be at the airport at 7. They also accomodated us with early breakfast as we had early meetings. We really enjoyed our stay.

The estate is located close to a shopping complex with a variety of restaurants and shops, however within the estate there is a club house which is a minute walk away from the property, or like half a minute depending on how fast you walk, really convenient for any food or drink items you might need throughout your stay. Special thanks to Randall and Alinah, they were very welcoming at reception and were there whenever I needed anything. Arrived a little late in the afternoon so only got to meet the other staff during breakfast and they were quite welcoming and respectful too. The breakfast was great!

We travelled for our best friends bachelorette, we arrived after 9pm and the staff were still there and more than helpful, accepting and accommodating, when she noticed my best friend in her bridal outfit she asked me politely if she can change our rooms so the bride to be gets the slightly bigger one ( i would've gotten it because i made the reservation) and i was so surprised that she wanted to do that because it rarely happens that staff think about such things and i can't appreciate that more, this place was far beyond amazing and we absolutely LOVED all the staff we encountered!
Nothing, in all honesty this was the first time ever that we booked in somewhere and i didn't find something not up to standard. The whole place was just amazing, clean, beautiful, professional, safe and amazing staff!

All Staff were Extremely friendly and assisting at all times. Peaceful surroundings, Central, food was great, room was older furnished but very neat and comfortable. Patio for breakfast with most stunning setting on golf course and with beautiful vegetation. Always felt safe and enjoyed the surroundings and walks.

The matresse in the room has collapsed in the middle so the mattresse needs to be replaced, you sink into the middle like a bow. The pillows are large and high meaning you cant lay your head flat - I did bring this to the lasies attention although nothing was done. No feedback from them wither
I had to call them after making a booking on line as after 2 days I recieved no notification or confirmatio. When I called they had no idea about the booking then suddenly found it. No one called or sent notification the day before. On the day I called to let the ladies know I had landed and asked what time I had until to check in as I was on the road with clients till 4pm - it was tough trying to get them to understand this as at 11am in the morning all she could say to me was the room wasnt ready. Which was irrelevent to my question.
On the day no code was sent to me for entry - I again had to call and ask for it.
The interleading room's door was broken and could not be locked so we had no privacy as anyone could walk in from the interleading room. Maintenance was overlooked on that booking.
I was asked what time I woud like breakfast the first day and then they would follow up with me the next day for the 2nd morning. I was on the road that day with cleints - no one called me to ask, I was chekcing out the next morning. So I needed to leave earlier then the day before. When I popped my head intot he kitchen at 6:40am to ask the ladies if we could do breakfast at 7am as no one spoke to me the day before - I was greeted with a very sour grunt and a woman that just ignored me and then looked at the other woman in the kitchen who then told me breakfast is only from 7:30am and there is nothing they can do. I then asked for coffee which apparently was not appreciated.
Not friendly unfortuantly. Even if it could not be done it was not the issue, I could have grabbed something on the way to the airport. It was simply the attitude, lack of eye contact and the unwillingness to engage or converse in a hospitable way. Always feel like I am asking too much of the ladies when there.
