Spacious room - Location is one of the best in Pretoria - you want the best location you go to this hotel - nothing much more needed, maybe 3 supermarkets near you, small mall, a Gym, multiple restaurants ... amazing.
Breakfasttttt... can be better.
Make a deal with Virgin gym - offer some discount on day pass - the gym in the hotel is too small and an amazing gym is near you. Same thing goes for the restaurants.. this is something most hotels are doing these days.

Good location, walking distance to the mall and Sunbet Arena. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Well-decorated.
The room could use a magnifying shaving/make-up mirror. The breakfast quality deteriorated significantly - examples are fried potato cubes served as "hashbrowns" and pancakes that were tough and dried out.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and porter took our bags to the room immediately. Room was very spacious and very clean. We loved the Bar fridge in the room, we could buy water, cooldrinks and fruit to keep in the fridge. Location is perfect, close to Menlyn Mall and many restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located and there is safe underground parking. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable.
I wish there was a bath in the room, but the shower pressure was good.

We were in pretoria to attend a babyface concert over a weekend and the location was so perfect as it was walking distance to the arena.There are so many restaurants and shops next to the hotel apartment that we were spoilt for choice.Deffinitely was an excellent choice.

Location, room size, cleanliness, staff are quite friendly and helpful. Proximity of restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the hotel.
The lighting in the room was not bright - either the bulbs were not working or the lighting was running out. I checked out before the maintenance staff could attend to it.

I only spent an evening with my wife at the Capital. The staff had good energy, were very welcoming and professional. I particularly enjoyed how responsive they were to dealing with any queries or issues we had. Finally, the room we were upgraded to was also quite nice, clean and spacious, as we had initially booked a standard room. Also worth mentioning is that the breakfast at Koi was also fantastic, 10/10 chefs.
We initially weren't happy with the room we received and made our concerns known to the team working that evening. Within a short space we were then upgraded to a more spacious and premium room at no cost; this was a pleasant surprise that elevated our experience, and we would definitely make a return trip at some point.

The room was always cleaned thoroughly, refill for water was provided. The breakfast selection is amazing. The location is perfect for our purposes.
It felt like there was a slight mix up with my reservation through booking.com. It was handled very discreetly, though, and resolved promptly, so I am not even sure it counts as 'negative' experience.

It was so LOUD! There is a night club close and the music goes until 4am in the morning.
I complained about the AC not working multiple times and it was never fixed
