The location, the breakfast, the room service all were good during our three day stay. The ambiance set in the hotel was all good and made us feel great and welcomed too. The room and amenities were good and well organized
I Would request the management to kindly ensure a dedicated concierge is set in place as the gentlemen who arranged the package was not to the par and we feel we were over charged for a four hour trip that included the car drive from hotel to cradle of humanity and back and we were charged over 3500 ZAR wherein the site tickets were taken by us. Only if an authorized and governed system is in place we would have been well benefited. Only because of the trip we cant complain all other kind staff. but the man in the reception who organized the trip made us feel scammed.

we stayed for seven nights and the breakfast was same everyday with minor additional of pancake and wafers!!!! It will be better to have one or two different items everyday. moreover, many hotel now offer shower than tubs: I suggest for the change as it is much convenience .

Sadly,nothing.
Rooms are dated. Bathroom is weird as in it’s curved and your feet cannot stand flat when showering. The drive to the hotel is very unpleasant and uncomfortable as it seems to be on the not nice part of Pretoria. There’s no elevator from parking to access the hotel rooms which make it inconvenient to carry bags. There are no adapters in the rooms and you are charged a deposit if you borrow one which is knocked off if you return it but it doesn’t even work properly. Overall booked because it’s a trusted place but definitely not worth the 4 stars and certainly doesn’t keep up to the chain reputation and expectations,

Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast. Perfect location near shops and restaurants
We had to travel early and asked a lady for a packed breakfast as we needed to be at the airport at 4. The lady in the dining hall said breakfast is not packed, yet we had been there for a week and seen people take packed breakfast. We were so sad.
