The room was larger than average and had sufficient space for luggage. The room itself was clean and neat , the bed and linen was comfortable and clean.
The bathroom is dated , the shower is over the tub and I struggled to fit comfortably both with the narrow tub and the low shower head . The tv was small for its position and distance from the bed .The room itself was extremely noisy from noise from the street, no noise proofing on the windows , even when closed .

They need to improve their showers easy to spill water everywhere, had to switch rooms because my daughter flooded the bathroom since there wasn’t a curtain or shower glass

Front Office staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
One staff member, Tsakani, in the restaurant who seemed to be a little racist - (1) I greeted her in english and she ignored me, I then greeted her in Sotho and she responded. I said oh you don't understand english. (2) same lady, when I asked for a take away cup for my coffee as I needed to be on my way to the hospital, she said they don't have and that I needed to bring my own. Although I did see her giving another lady a take away coffee in their own mug. The day before a wonderful waiter had given me my coffee in a take away cup (breakfast) The beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Late night noise from people at the pool area.
