It was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. It surpassed my expectations and I wish we stayed longer. The staff, including Ozzie, were friendly and helpful as well.

Breakfast was nice, but we were expecting a buffet where we could choose for ourselves. Additionally, there were no pictures of the dishes, so we had to rely solely on the descriptions. This made it difficult to try new foods and fully experience the variety.
Unfortunately, the amenities advertised online were not available during our stay. We expected to enjoy certain activities, but they were not provided. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed, so we couldn't even take pictures. Essentially, we were just there to sleep, which was quite disappointing and not what we expected.

Peace-filled surroundings, lovely patio overlooking the gardens.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The staff were friendly
Will definitely stay again when next in Pretoria
Only one aspect was that the Lodge was closing for a months 'break' the very next day - so packing up had already begun. Breakfast was available and enjoyable, but not a significant choice.
