The minibar fridge was pulled out of the cabinet and left on the floor. The door drags against the floor carpet, which is a health hazard.

Hotel has old style and is still attractive, the view of the union buildings, the room is nice.
Cold water to shower on Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
Dirty appearance of corners on dining room chairs, I didn't want to touch them.
Buffet part of breakfast was OK, Very disorganised on Tuesday morning regarding the order of fried eggs and who does it.

The telephone handsets are not user-friendly, and there is no manual to guide users on how to use them.
The quality and standard of the kitchen cutlery are disappointing. For the rate we paying to stay and the hotel, these are of poor quality and not 3 to 5 Star equipment (my opinion).

The showers were not working properly. The mat was not properly clean an I had sinus issues on my stay . USB charging ports were not working at all , last was the breakfast was not of my expectations.

Clean room. Food good in restaurant. Staff helpful and pleasant. Price good.
We booked the hotel because it had a pool. On arrival told us it wasn't clear enough to swim in on further questioning wasn't maintained and hadn't been used for some time.. We would not have booked this hotel if we had known..
