Location was close to family we were visiting. Breakfast was nice and was served up well by the staff.
The rooms are starting to date, and where to check in was not very obvious when we first arrived.

1. We were able to check in early (with prior arrangement) which enabled us to participate in a family event.
2. We felt welcome by the guesthouse staff.
3. Very clean establishment.
4. Convenient yet quiet and peaceful location.
5. Wonderful, fresh breakfast.
6. Beautiful garden.
General guesthouse decor is outdated and not to our taste BUT the room and bathroom were fine. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The staff made the experience. We arrived and it was chilly and the electric blankets and side lamps were on and we were shown where the blankets were.
The water, tea and coffee was replaced daily.
Super comfy room and beds - we were in the family room and had everything we could have wished for.
We opted for breakfast and dinner and were super impressed my Mumsie and her team, food was simple, delicious and well presented. We felt like royalty being served. Highly recommended for tourists and business people. In a very safe area surrounded by embassies.
Decor was neat and well put together but outdated.
