How clean it was.ansxtge breakfast was great, with very friendly staff.
Room Safe not working,not enough toilet paper, no toilet brush,not enough drinking water. Damp chairs outside, not visible and no warning signs resulting in wet bum and clothes.evening music too loud and catering to only one taste, not everyone.

Our waitress at breakfast was 5*.
The tiles in the bathroom are terrifying and the non slip mat is great but not big enough. Some warning sign or note would be helpful.

Quiet room and great breakfast. Big gym around the corner which you can use for free.
As of 630 AM there is loud and monotone disco music in the restaurant and lounge the whole day and evening. Terrible DJ...

Valet and Receptionist were awesome, the hotel is clean and the interior of the hotel is modern and of high standards
The breakfast was horrible and of low standards, two ladies working at the omelet station needs more training, and the scones recipe needs some improvements for a classy hotel like Protea hotel, we only drank our coffee and juices as the food was horribl

Nice, classy and clean as always.
Restaurant experience was awful. Friday evening went downstairs for dinner. No waiter/waitress attended to me. Tried to grab their attention and all kept indicating they are coming back. Was there for over an hour. The restaurant didn’t look full.

The Property is clean however the carpet had a bit of a smell it the passage , Maybe they should consider opening the windows for fresh air .
The air conditioner was not working , they came and assisted still the same , it was a very cold and rainy day so you can imagine how cols it was in the room .
