Room was clean and comfortable. The lady who walked me to the room to open it (Could not get a key because the system was down) was very professional and polite.
Slowest check in at a hotel I have experienced The people behind the counter seemed unconcerned that I was standing waiting for so long - at least an explanation that the system was down would have helped me to understand why it took so long (about 20 minutes just to check in). No room key because of system. No Wi Fi. Very limited TV channels.

Nothing , worst stay in my life
The shuttle was to small that they charged me , we had to put suitecases on our laps and the front seats , the first room the aircon was not working and was glued in place with a glue gun , we got moved to next room that we could not sleep there was smoke from a grill leaking into the room from the gaps in the window , also the neigbours smoked marijauna , and the smoked was in our room. They moved us again to another room, the fire alarm went off 3 times during the night and disturbed us because people smoked in there rooms and partied the whole night. The last morning of departure at breakfast there was cockroaches run from the bread toaster, and from the coffee machine , I reported it but they did not even try to help .

Bed size, beddings, great breakfast with a wide variety, flexibility of room placement and additional breakfast guests was good, the bathroom and sink size were good with good shelf above the bathroom sink
The bathroom had no telephone shower, and the room was not well ventilated and yet the AC was faulty. The noise from the neighboring pub was a nuisance and so was the traffic noise!

whole environment, the staff, the guards, safety and the surrounding was great and very relaxing. Breakfast smelled so good and looked very delicious.
Smell of paint in the hallway, odour was just too strong, guess they were just busy with rennovations in the hotel...should have at least warned at reception

The peace, I needed time out on my own with no destruction and that's what I got. I think everything was exceptional, the room was worth the value for money and so was everything. I was fasting so I did not do breakfast so I can't comment on that.
Nothing, the service was great so nothing bad to comment on.

My stay went well, and i was happy with the room. I liked that the hotel is situated next to a shopping center, and there are a number of food outlets in the vicinity. Thus, i did not have to travel far for food and other needs.
The WiFi connection was very poor in the upper floors, and the problems with the generator that caused poor interruptions.

The location was great! Near UP and next to my daughter's Hostel
I was 1st given a room whose AC did not work. It actually blew hot air. The room was also very tiny and was on the western side of the Hotel so it was very hot and crumbled-up inside. I spent two very uncomfortable nights there, until I complained and was given another room. Thankfully the latter room was good, but I had to upgrade and pay 200 Rand extra!

Location was great, View of the surrounding city was breath taking, TV in the room was a little small, but other than that, it was a great stay
The bathroom was not to spacious.the bed was a sinlge bed but had 2 mattresses on it and one could feel the seam in the centre.

The room was comfortable, and clean. A little small for 4 nights but it was fine.
Restaurant - supper one evening, food was good, but service was very slow.
Room Service one supper - very slow. Food again was good just took a very long time.
Did not have the wine I ordered which was not a huge problem. Ordered white wine which came fairly cold, but no ice provided. I should have asked but assumed it would be provided as they did in the restaurant.
Room a bit small. No outside area to sit, but I guess being city centre not really the place for it.
