I liked that is a quite and peaceful place
That the was no fridge in the room we had to use Aircon for drinks to be cold, we requested ice they told us that they have run out of buckets. I don't wana talk about our fruits they got rotten, there's no microwave to warm our food ?.. we booked 2 nights the following day they didn't put tea amnesties in our room.

Room was clean, beds are extreme comfortable.
Staff were a bit tardy upon arrival. No parking, the "underground" parking is way too difficult to park. The room's card was not working the second day., i had to go to reception to reactivate card. WiFi speed is extremely slow..

The staff is friendly, property is accessible and close to may amenities
The bathroom was a bit dirty, the lack of fridge that can only be requested at an additional cost is quite inconvenient. The room also had cockroaches which means it’s not that clean.

that the bedroom didn't have a fridge my person asked the staff about it said they will bring it which they didn't and a mat in the bathroom cause after shower water be dripping all over on the floor but besides its dope and will come back

The lady chef has no empathy, we had requested for packed breakfast because we thought we were leaving early on the morning but it turned out it was to be later this morning and requested to now have the normal breakfast but she refused. We were 5 disappointed customers.

Only the location… It was closer to the places we needed to be.
The whole bedding was so dirty … there were cockroaches all over the room. We could smell saliva on the pillows, the blanket in the cupboard was so filthy . Even prisoners sleep with better blankets. When we requested an iron and the ironing board they took an hour to respond and also we had to go to the admin and demand it. The guy who was next to our room was a smoker.. we could smell his cigarettes in our room midnight. People were moving up and down making noise. Where was the security??? Honestly we feared for our safety.. no one was monitoring the people moving up and down during the night. We were there for two days.. it was hell because were restless. We had to leave a note.. asking them to change the whole bedding and leave us with the doom for cockroaches.
