The staff are the greatest asset of this hotel. It's no longer what it was during the 2010 World cup. The Algerian football team lodged at this hotel. Although under a new name and management, the staff are great as well as the location. The hotel is also neat and with a Gautrain bus stop right in front for easy connection to the train station
The lights in the rooms are not good for reading. This seems to be a general challenge with the first room that was changed having a similar problem. The fluorescent bulb that should light up the bed is also dead. The charging ports are too far from the bed. The sofa in the room is also old.

The location was perfect and it was value for money. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The place had an offish smell in the room, no hot water, we were only given 1 towel to utilize

Disappointing
I liked that is a quite and peaceful place
That the was no fridge in the room we had to use Aircon for drinks to be cold, we requested ice they told us that they have run out of buckets. I don't wana talk about our fruits they got rotten, there's no microwave to warm our food ?.. we booked 2 nights the following day they didn't put tea amnesties in our room.
