We booked online only to arrive and be refused entry because the property had rented out to other people instead. We had sent messages for airport pick-up and even called in advance when we arrived at the airport. The property didn't respond to our messages and they didn't pickup our calls. The staff was rude when we arrived onsite and showed our booking. They refused to honor our online booking because it was cheaper than their in person charges. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this property after they wasted our time and mistreated us instead of professionally communicating or cancelling our booking in advance of our arrival.

We got to the gate. The firt number at the gate was off the second number a man answered and said they are not open and that we have to find another place to stay!!! Very unfriendly and rude
