Exceptional
Excellent buffy breakfast with fresh oysters. A Real treat. The buffy dinner of sushi and curries were delicious. Friendly staff all around that made you feel welcome. We had a nice discussion with the Asian Chef about curries. The Spa experience and facilities was out of this world with Sara and Virgina treating us as royals.
Drink prices are a bit excessive.

DINNER and BREAKFAST WERE EXCEPTIONALLY DELICIOUS.
I expected the staff to approach me and ask whether we needed assistance, especially if they realised we might be wondering. We had to call them often or go to them while they were sitting and chatting as a group.

Breakfast with Bottomless Champagne it went down very well the omelet was very delicious and tasty big ups to the Chef who prepared it upon my request.
The are no interesting programs on their Televisions, that was the worst part ever. They should pay for more channels, imagine visiting with your children 's no cartoons on TV, change or add programms .

Patio door malfunctioned & never attended to. The patio & patio chairs were filthy. Bathroom sink became blocked. Price of a glass of Chardonnay was outrageous @ R180.

the rooms, food, staff service and cleanliness were all excellent. The grounds at the venue were immaculate.
Choice of stations on tv was not good but we weren't there to watch tv! The initial service and organisation of staff at the wine tasting was poor but it did improve as the experience continued.

The conference was excellent. The food was good.
The signage is appalling. I drove around in the rain for 20 minutes to find reception. NO signs from entrance. Drove around for 15 minutes and never found the breakfast restaurant in the rain. Found it this morning with no indication whatsoever of where to park. I was in no 77. Impossible to see room numbers from a car. I'm writing a review with 0 for maps, directions and signage. I've been in hospitality for 35 years. This won't do. Also, 4 star should have bath robes.

Look, when I tell you this place oozes professionalism, class, efficiency, great ambiance, great food, spa facilities are a must. They even called me long after my stay to check if my spa treatments were not affecting me in any way. Talk about not feeling like a number!! Joseph at Reception made my stay even memorable, so helpful staff!! Love! Love! Love it here... ???
