The staff was exceptionally good to me and helpful.
The WIFI was not so good. It kept dropping interfering with my calls.
The door key refused to work for me at least twice, once in the elevator and once at the door.

It’s very convenient for me. The mall was underneath the hotel where you can shop and eat at the different places.
My room air conditioner was not working properly, and there were roaches in my room and in the dining area. Some days I didn’t received my complimentary water for the room.

The service of a student receptionist and the young yamukela and access to the mall.
The rooms had cockroaches walking everywhere. Most of the receptionists were unpleasant except for the 2 already mentioned. There is no help with the baganges. The AC didn't work.
