Your place is good and clean, but your stuff can't manage the place good. I booked a room for 2 but inside the room there was towels for one person. 1 bottle of water. The light for bathroom was not working

I wanted to expresss my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at Henry George hotel. The entire team, from front desk to housekeeping, exceeded my expectations, including the cleaners team, we're outstanding "big up" salute danko, thank you for making my stay comfortable..also like the interior design, bar design also, pool is clean...thanks for hosting us??❤️?
?What we didn't like about the place you make us to forget ourselves in a way that we get too much excited.. Coz everything is PERFECT EXCEPTIONAL "PHENOMENAL"

I liked the sheets and the staff's kindness.
There were cockroaches in the fridge and the shower door didn't close properly so when my husband and I took a took water would spill all over the floor.

The location was great—close to everything I needed. The room itself was nice and the beds and beddings were clean.
The shower wasn’t clean, the ceiling had mold, and the doors didn’t close properly—so the whole bathroom flooded when showering. I also saw cockroaches on the desk, which was really off-putting. It was super loud at night with a party going on at the bar and people shouting in the corridors. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi barely worked.

I found the door handle damaged and the following day they said I damaged it and I must pay for it, until one of their stuff members came and confirmed it was damaged long before. That’s when they released me

Title: Disappointing Stay at Henry Gorge Guesthouse
I recently stayed at Henry Gorge Guesthouse and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
First and foremost, the room had several cleanliness issues that impacted my stay. I discovered bedbugs, which is unacceptable and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the room, further highlighting a lack of proper maintenance and hygiene.
To add to my frustration, the shower head was broken, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a decent shower. On top of that, there was no remote for the air conditioning unit, leaving me uncomfortable during my stay.
Overall, I would not recommend Henry Gorge Guesthouse due to these significant issues. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance should be addressed for future guests.

All the doors are either broken or extremely difficult to open. The room had water coming in from somewhere, and the rug in front of the bed got soaking wet. But it was amazingly close to Loftus stadium and the staff was friendly.
