Beautiful hotel, nice pool, and very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was so-so, it could have been a little cleaner and walking around to the terrace door because the front door is locked at night was a bit awkward. But not too bad, I'd still love to come back!

The pictures looks different from the real property.its just a scam.Their bathrooms are not that clean , they are very old. The mattresses makes noise. The beds just shake when you sit/sleep. It is difficult to find the place especially at night.

It is a perfect place for some peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the aesthetic of the place, I felt like I was in a different continent. I loved that I had both the shower and the bathtub, for those quick mornings and slow evenings.
I had a little issue with the door leading outside through the stairs, it didn't close properly and that made me a little anxious at night. I hope that can be fixed so guests can feel completely free during their stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Manager is super friendly and helpful, so is the rest of the staff.
The two rooms we booked is in urgent need of maintenance, the paint on the skirtings is full of mark and the walls also need painting. That is why I did not rate facilities as excellent. Grout in showers is dirty and need replacement, give the bathroom a dirty and old feel. No hairdryers in the rooms.

The staff here was very accommodating. This place is a hidden gem and is in a historical building. If you like history and beauty this place is for you! You have an outside pool, beautiful views outside, in an easy to get to location. The rooms are themed, spaces are large and the whole place is kept very clean!
I am from out of the country so there are some customs that I wasn't aware of before I arrived. I stayed at another hotel prior to this one and didn't have any heat in the room, and didn't have any heat in the room at this location. I assume that this must be some sort of local custom. So unfortunately me and my guests were cold inside even though it was relatively warm outside. We weren't able to use the large beautiful tub because the bathroom and the apartment was too cold. The beds were very hard, but the beds were hard at the other place so that seems to be a local custom. I am from America and I am used to softer beds. Unfortunately I wasn't able to sleep very well, but the beds were clean and the apartment itself was beautiful

Great friendly staff, awesome breakfast, beautiful building and surroundings.
Otherwise beautiful bathroom had some dirty slime in the seams of the shower, the pillows should have been changed long time ago, the ironing board cover was falling apart.
