The outside pool area and garden were amazing. Staff was friendly, room was quiet.
- The shower was leaking and rusted.
- A bulb was missing from one of the bedside lamps.
- The toilet sometimes would not flush (pressure).
- The bathroom door struggled to open and close.
- The property says you can contact them via WhatsApp, and I did for a security matter (someone continuously tried to open my door at 3am)—no one ever responded.

Similar to our previous stay, the staff were friendly, the pool area and garden amazing, and the room quiet.
This room had a bathroom door that could not close at all (swollen wooden door, does not fit in the frame).
The sliding door/window also could not close. The room was on the 7th floor, so not really a security issue, but it did cause the temperature in the room to drop, and the street noise was much more pronounced.

First their welcoming reception, friendly staff. Their room are very clean and the location of the hotel is the best you're able to get almost everything without driving. Since I arrived at the hotel i never drove my car but i managed to go many places...
