Shungani was lovely. The beds were very comfy. He moved us when I indicated that the room we were allocated was too noisy
I did not like my room that was basically at the intersection of Jan Shoba and Fehrson street but we were able to move. I was expecting to be able to sit outside but there was construction going on which we should have perhaps been advised about beforehand. The front security gate was very tricky to lock and unlock if you are right handed. The area on the way to the studio room is not appealing at all.

I loved everything. It was a perfect experience all round. Just would’ve liked to not have to notify someone to disable an alarm if I have to come back to the accommodation after 11pm. The literal only thing a point is lost for. Other than that, the best experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat ?

Nice venue with easy access to surrounds. Clean and comfortable. Apart from the two complaints i had, the venue is lovely.
Took them over 10min to answer calls to open gate for me to check in. I was already in a rush, so the wait caused me to be late at an event. I didn't appreciate guests making a noise from 9pm - 12.30pm. Complained about this at 9pm, and only at 1210 did i get a response that they will be spoken to. Apparently guests were checking out at that time, however, the guests were inconsiderate, as they were cooking meals upstairs, eating, talking loudly between rooms and also had the tv on. With the floors being wooden floors, everything was over loud. The 2 nights that followed after that was perfectly fine and acceptable. These two events unfortunately will make me rethink the venue for next year events in PTA.

Bed, location good.
The bath plug was not working and couldn't be repaired untill the next day. Never offered a different room and place not true to online pictures. Place is aged and could do with an upgrade.

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Tea bags & milk were provided. The bathroom was clean & the water was hot

I loved the accommodation, it felt like an oasis in the busy city of Pretoria. I loved the greenery, and the rooms were amazing, it was fully equipped with even things I didn't think I needed. The place was very clean, I loved the space and the room was on the top floor.
The pillows were a bit too soft, but otherwise it was not an inconvenience.

There was no breakfast! So I had to eat away. The location is good. Had slight disturbance in the morning when people were leaving yet I have best sleep in the early hours of the day
