That I negotiated for my breakfast as a takeaway as I eat after 10 every day.
Bathroom. I had to ask for refill on toiletries. I stayed for more than 5 day and my sheets were never changed as expected. .

The guest house is very clean. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is good, although they could do better with the fruits. The place is within walking distance from Brooklyn Mall. They provide you with a key to let yourself in and out of the gate.
The DSTV channels are very limited. They could at least add some entertainment or movie channels. There is no proper sitting provision in the room. Breakfast can be monotonous if you stay long.

The WIFI dropped a few times which was a bit difficult as I had some meetings I had to do from the room, but other than the WIFI it was perfect.

A great accommodation within the Waterkloof security area. They were very accommodating and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, there were heaters in the room, and the breakfast was good.
The floor in the room was a bit damaged and could be repaired. Other than that, I had no complaints.

I was greeted by Cynthia, who was both friendly and helpful. She is a true asset to the Guesthouse. The dinner I ordered was excellent, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Cynthia and the chef are the shining stars of this establishment.
The establishment needs an urgent upgrade. The curtains, the bed throw, and the towels suggest that they are very old and in need of replacement. The lighting in the room is quite poor. I found a half-drunk bottle of water in my bathroom, clearly left by the last guest - which raises questions about the effectiveness of the cleaning. It feels like a place that was once glamorous ten years ago but has lost its charm and sparkle. If I had to guess, the owner of this establishment is not nearby to oversee operations. It shows potential, but the care given to it is lacking. I will not go back to this establishment.

The breakfast was superb, as always. Ease of access to the property is also nice.
When I booked at this guesthouse, I specifically asked for the Garden Room at the back side. The response came positively that I can have the room. When we came to the property on Friday, I was told the the room was already taken and they don't know anything about my request. The whole time we were there, I did not see anyone come out of that room at breakfast time (the room is visible from the breakfast area).
The room they gave me instead was not clean and super uncomfortable seating. The cooking utensils are inadequate for preparing food and the cupboards on top are sticky from old dirt. I will only stay here again if I can have the garden room. I should have asked for my money back when my room was not available.
