The location.
The staff was drinking on the job. Upon checking in my room key was missing and I was inconvenienced by being allocated another room and having to switch rooms the next day.

Location and price
Look you get what you pay for however there is an unpleasant smell that welcomes you at reception. Cleaning once in a while wont hurt. there were papers on the floor is reception area so....... Visible spiderwebs that show that a nice deep clean has not been done in a while. Guy at reception chills outside with buddies. when you get there you have to wait a minute or two before he comes attend to you, I know this because I greeted him outside before I entered and he greeted back like just a guy chilling. There was a couple having issues, they were arguing/fighting throughout the night, no one from staff asked them to keep it down. it took one customer threatening them with the police at 04:37am for them to quiet down. Luckily i had read reviews before booking and brought my own bedding, pillows etc. The bed is a R220/night bed. I canr fault them. The facilities are R220/night facilities but just clean guys I get it is dirt cheap but and not a 5 star but above mentioned issues dont require much resources. I lived in JHB CBD for 6 years that place gave me hijacked building vibes.

I did not like anything! Everything is a mess there. They should consider closing that place for good.
Everything ?! It was so dirty n dusty, starting from the yard at the entrance it is so dusty and muddy. Not to mention the room, yooo it was even smelling bad. The bed n bed covers were so dirty expecially the pillows. I couldn't sleep was coughing the whole night because of dust and the smell, I was also freezing there are no blankets. I didn't even bath because the so called showers are not working. Everything there is just a mess nje. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, that place needs to be closed permanently.

There's nothing interesting I can tell because there was a mix booking in my name which really disturbed No tissue no towel no mat on floor Oooh disaster
