The view from our room was incredible. Derick the waiter/,guide was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The 4 dogs! Odin, Bella, Mila and Coco? (I can't remember the white one's name) Very attentive and helpful owners and Rochelle at reception was also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I can highly recommend the delicious cocktails from the bar! We booked a kayak trip and turtle tour and thoroughly enjoyed both activities with the beautiful scenery and informative guides, Vusi? and Victor.
Unfortunately not all the waiters are as attentive and helpful as Derrick is. We told our waiter that we needed to be quick because we were going on an activity and when we asked for our food we felt ignored and were not given an eta. We were about to leave for the activity when I asked if the food would be ready when we got back and then suddenly it arrived.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and neat chalet with daily cleaning service.
I had overall a good stay, the only 1 issue was the restuarant gets extremely full and the service gets a bit slow with the overload
