Busi was very hospitable and welcoming.
The room was spacious and neat with a bar fridge, a large screen tv and plenty cupboard space.
Bedding was clean and a cost bed to get in to after a day of site seeing.
Location was ideal, very close to everything although we didn't walk, it's a short drive to all the areas around.
Thank you for making our stay a very pleasant one.
Having to carry luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor and the best after a long trip. A lift would be ideal or a room on the ground floor. Nonetheless we got in a few steps. ?
Would be nice to have a phone in the room should we need to get a hold of staff.
A hairdryer would be good to have in the room.

We had a great time, despite arriving very late nearly at 22:00 we were met by very friendly lady who took her time to take us around and explained everything. Very positive experience and 1st impression is going to last!

The place is in a quiet area, that I like. Russel staff were so friendly and welcoming especial the reception lady Busi she is very patient and I remember for check ins but she didn't panic she called us several times just to check how far we were. The hotel is clean and their breakfast always delicious
The fact our room did not have a bath we use shower which I don't like
