Comfortable beds, heated pool was an unexpected bonus, property is well maintained.
Airconditioning would be a fantastic addition. Did not like the interleading door to the unit next door, although it was locked from the other side, it made us somewhat anxious.

The friendly staff, the chalet had so many ammenities to make us comfortable and the cleanliness. The staff on the premises was always friendly, even the gardeners. Elsa and Tanya at the office was absolutely great, helpfull and friendly.
Sat.day evening the noise till late from across the lagoon at the braai places across from Bosuns restaurant wasn't pleasant.

It was our second visit to Knysna River Club. The renovated cabins were lovely and cozy, I love the high ceilings. It was also very clean and the staff were also friendly. Location is central and convenient. Will definitely be returning for a third visit.
The pool was only luke warm and could have been warmer especially for winter. The properties are also quite close to each other so it was not as private as I would have preferred, and the curtains were a little sheer. Would have been nice to have some block outs or a second layer. Nothing major though, our stay was still very enjoyable.
