The location was good.
The fact that we had to check inventory of the chalet on check-in, was frustrating - find another way to manage. The rooms were dated, with stains on the carpets.

We really loved the tranquility and the scenery surrounded by trees. Bed was comfy, shower was amazing. Thank you so much to the cleaning staff for going the extra mile.. Much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean and well looked after. It's just outside Knysna central which was nice because it was nice and quiet in the evenings.
The tv reception was bad but that didn't bother us too much as we didn't come to watch tv.

The location is perfect.
The couches are hard, the TV's are old, our iron was not working, There are no floor mats in the bathrooms, no bathing soap. wifi connection not stable at all. The entertainment area is full of games but all the games are all dysfunctional I had to go report it to the reception.

Beautiful area and just a short drive from Knysna.
Great balcony/veranda for a nice braai.
We missed having coffee making facilities in the chalets. Even just a french press would be great.
