Location was excellent near town and we used Uber for getting to restaurants in the evening. The owners Mark and Adele are delightful and their staff are helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great- try the crepe! Beds very comfortable and nice spaces outdoors.

The location is peaceful and convenient, with a great view over the lagoon. Room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. And best of all, the staff are all so friendly and helpful.

It’s in a fabulous position overlooking the Knysna lagoon.
Our bedroom was more of a suite so it was very comfortable and spacious.
Mark is a warm and friendly host.
It’s a secured property making you feel safe at night.
The only challenge was the mirror in the lovely bathroom . It is made with a dark tinted glass which makes it extremely hard to apply makeup or see to shave.

Beautiful position and definitely need to book the rooms in the house to get the wonderful views . All drinks, whatever we wanted were inclusive which was fab !! The suites in the house are amazing and we definitely would book one of those next time
Nothing negative it’s a shame we couldn’t eat dinner at the property and the Boma was cancelled due to the weather forecast so disappointing but we were informed before our arrival so were able to book sirocco for dinner and that was fab and only 260 R return for the taxi to Thesen island .

An exceptional guest house, beautiful design and spectacular location. Very welcoming hosts and staff. Delicious breakfast in spacious patio. Heated swimming pool in lush garden setting. Easy parking. Generator on-site so no load shedding issues. This was a truly perfect stay, and we will be back.
