The pool.
The host is scary to me I feel like she treats her workers horribly and she was always in my face. I was scared of her. I felt like I was staying over at those old white racists lady’s house not comfortable at all

We loved the spacious room, the pool was a blessing in the heat and breakfast. Breakfast was just perfect. The bedding is top notch. Our host Christee was awesome and very accommodating.
The TV should be smart TV to allow us to log in to our own Netflix, Disney Channel's. The DSTV package is very basic.

we were not offered water to drink , when we called no one picked up the phone as the venue was not clearly marked

This place is exceptional. Big rooms and cozy. The guest/house manager Mam Chrissie is a gem and runs that place like a champ. Everything was in order, clean and neat.
We couldn't get our breakfast as a takeaway as they didn't have takeaway boxes. But definitely not a train smash. Maybe something to look into for the guests that have to leave earlier than check-out time.
