Friendly stuff..
The rooms are nice and spacious..
value for money..
I have stayed at this property twice before and l always got good rooms. However, this time the room was not that great the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Both the taps in the bathroom were difficult to open and close.

Very close proximity to the airport, 7 min by car.
Price very fair for one night
Very dirty bathroom and bedroom, terrible smell it was even hard to sleep.
The bathroom is in a terrible state I have never seen this, there is even not shower head, water comes out straight from the pipe. The toilet is broken, you dont want to use anything in there, its full of bacteria and fungu.
The price is low so I dont expect luxury of course but we are talking about basic hygiene here, I was very happy to leave in the early morning. The place should be checked by SA hygiene authorities.

It’s very close to the airport.
The place has a lot of potential, but not well taken care of. I was worried about the mold on the walls. My allergies flared up and I was unwell right after.

Reception lady Phindi I think the name is, good, friendly and helpful
1. The unfriendly bearded bossy gentleman at reception
2. No towels in room
3. No soap
4. Water warmth irregular, either gets too hot or too cold within minutes
5. Other rooms we had been in the past in the same facility had malfunctioning lighting in the bathroom (room 6 or so)
6. No stopper to the bath tab while the shower flex pipe did not have a place on the wall to hang from and we had difficult showering with one hand while holding the shower pipe with the other hand.

The location was convenient and felt relatively quiet, which made it easy to rest.
- Staff were generally friendly and helpful when approached.
- I appreciated that the property is undergoing renovations, which shows a commitment to improvement.
Basic in-room amenities were lacking. A kettle, cups and saucers, a spoon, and a microwave would have made a big difference. I had to buy a foam cup and walk downstairs to the reception area just to get hot water or warm food.
- The room and common areas could benefit from deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The construction noise—especially falling bricks or dry concrete on the clear roof—was unsettling and made the space feel unsafe. The rubble also seemed to attract rats, which was concerning.
- The shower had unreliable hot water, often running cold midway through.
- The bedsheet in my room was damaged, with hanging threads as if a piece had been torn off. This affected the overall impression of cleanliness and care.

Extremely dirty, disgusting bedding that smells terrible, paint coming off the walls, horrible state of the bathroom. I Don’t recommend anyone to stay here

The towel was dry as if they didn't use stasoft when washing them, no bath soap they told me to use hand soap, the bathroom didn't have a stopper wn I have to take a bath, I end up using shower even if I didn't wanna use it, tissues in bathroom was the cheap ones not good for b&b, even the bed was not comfortable
