Accommodation was fine
Noisy location. Smokers were smoking all the time in front of our no smoking room. Opening a window was out of the question. One smoker was there before 5 o'clock in the morning with their sigarette and loud music on his cellphone.
Will definitely never stay there ever again.

The service at the restaurant area was very poor and slow. Food is all just deep fried fast food!

Location, access to major freeway
My Aircon in the room was not working, I referred the issue to the front desk 3 times and the matter was not resolved. We eventually asked for a fan, and one was taken from the staff office and provided to us. I left a day earlier to stay at another hotel as it came across at the the staff was not interested in assisting with the issue raised.
