The hotel is in a safe area, balcony provided extra space for the kids to play. All the utensils were provided to allow us to make breakfast in the mornings. the rooms had both a bath and a shower.
the extraction fan in the bathroom was not working and this made the room a bit stuffy and there was a bit of mold towards the ceiling because of steam from the shower

The hotel is located in a central place, close to Sandton City & Bryanston which is very convenient. The apartment was clean & well equipped with all necessities for an apartment. Enjoyed the night.

Location and the room sizes - very spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartments. Staff are excellent.
Walls are thin so you can sometimes hear the neighbor or person upstairs.

Close to sandton city the facilities are morden i was in jozi for 4 days i booked 2 nights here and 2 nights at another property boy oh boy did i regret that decision

1) i would not recommend if your flight is arriving early they have a strict 2pm check inn for me they need to reconsider that police for me that sounds arrogant from the management, remember a hotel is all about HOSPITALITY and in that area they really need to improve the sight of people sleeping on sofas waiting to check inn was really cruel to say the least i remember one lady who had endured a long flight and she needed to do was rest but she was denied check inn and was told to wait 3 hrs eishhhh that was CRUEL and management needs to have a relook at that in i have been a traveller for 20 years its the first time i have seen such treatment
So if you are ARRIVING AROUND 1PM 2PM its okay book this place its a nice place to be best but if you need early check inn because your flight is arriving early my advise book elsewhere .

Location
I am not satisfied with their service. First, the check-in was delayed — it was done at 3:00 p.m. instead of 2:00 p.m. Secondly, I have not received any response regarding the items I forgot inside the apartment, which is very disappointing. I called twice and spoke to some of the staff who said they would contact the housekeeping team and get back to me, but no one ever called. I also sent an email and was told that they would get back to me, but until now, I haven’t received any reply, and I have already returned to my country.
