Property is spacious and the place had a balcony.
Cupboards in bedroom had broken shelves, and kitchen cupboards were broken. (Needs maintenance) Exit gate was left open most of the day, which raises security concerns. Livingroom couch smelled, needs cleaning.

The location was easily accessible, and the room exceeded expectations, spotlessly clean, exceptionally spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the shower came with quality soaps and shampoo, and the kitchenette was well-stocked with useful amenities. The environment was peaceful and quiet, ideal for rest and work. The only minor drawback was that the study desk was a bit small, but overall, everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly
I was thoroughly pleased with everything, aside from the relatively small size of the study desk, which was a minor drawback and hardly an issue if you didn’t need to use it.

I chose this place specifically because I could use the kitchen, as eating out doesn't always agree with me. It was great to have kitchen access, though the kitchenware was somewhat limited. Still, it was manageable enough for a solo traveler.
Most of all, the location was fantastic—within walking distance of Rosebank Mall. It was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

We loved the spacious apartment, it was clean and comfortable, staff were amicable and helpful, the hotel had a gated entrance which made it safe.
No complimentary water, you had to go to a vending machine to get it, the location though central was a few streets away from the hustle and bustle so I'd recommend a taxi as some of the roads were dark.
