Large room, comfortable bed,vig bathroom with good shower and hot water. Staff very nice and welcoming and helpful.
My room was cold and the A/C and heating unit was not sufficiently powerful to heat the room. The lifts were old, slow and unreliable. I was not impressed with the food in the restaurant.

The staff is really nice
Bedding wasn't the best. No water provided for the coffee kettle. Not enough towels were provided. Had to ask for things a few times. Overall, it was not the standard of others 4 ? hotels I stayed at.

I love the receptions very helpful.They helped with places to visit as well.

Disappointing
The hotel has a bar on the 15th floor with good Alcohol prices and a good dj. So if u feeling a vibe you can do it in the same space of the hotel.
The restaurant downstairs was good.food was nice service, which was excellent.staff is nice i would give a 10/10 here.
This was great you had all you needed in the hotel and there was no need to go out.
We went on holiday for a weekend. When we were two hours late from check in but our rooms wasn't done. Check in was at 2 we arrived at after 4, Then we had to wait 30mins for our Room Key as the room wasn't done. Which was upsetting as We came from the airport and am effective check in would've been great.
The hotel didn't have towels there wasn't a towel in our rooms.
The next morning we went to ask for towels but we didn't receive them we ended up showering using the pillow case in the hotel to dry us off with. As we went down to ask for towels the morning atleast one but two hours later it was never brought up.
We left for the day and on return we were locked out of our rooms ..Our room keys didn't want to work to open our doors..we then had to go back down and ask what is happening.
The day we checked out our lift wasn't working.We were on the 15th floor and had to walk down the flight of stairs to the nineth floor with our suitcase to get the lift that was working.
This was terrible as being on holiday you want things as easy as a breeze it's the hole point of a holiday.
