Everything was good expect the fact that the owner didn't send me the security gate pass code so i lost the first night and she was rude when i asked for one more night to compensate me.

Location for our purpose was excellent. Very safe
Room a bit small (compared to a previous experience at The Links. Open tile floor in a very cold night without mats next to the bed (no mats in the room) was uncomfortable.

We couldn't have breakfast because we had to leave too early. They could have just offered a muffin, yoghurt and a fruit hamper or give us a refund on the breakfast part.

Disappointing
The building is nice and spacious, and in a good location, in a secured estate.
The presentation was not good, the fact that things was advertise as been available but wasn’t, no bar, no lunch or dinner available at the property no minibar, it was advertised that washing and ironing was available as a paid service I asked and was told that its not available. Dishes were piled up and un washed for long periods. No cups to make coffee. Milk was supplied un sealed glass bottles and was sour. There was ants every where. The towels , was stained and table cloths was dirty and not replaced frequently. It was not five star as it was made out to be.
We did not feel very safe as the doors were not locked every thing was left open. Even the security gate is permanently open. The lighting is very poor, in most of the living areas.

Breakfast adequate but at the lower end of scale in terms of quality.
No cold water so unable to wash or even flush toilet. Water only turned on as I was in the process of loading the car to leave the following morning. Didn't appear to be anybody contactable before breakfast.
Delay with room as maintainance had to be called to adjust room door so that we could lock it.
'Half board' turned out to be a credit towards food at a sports bar a 10 minute drive away.
Very difficult to access the property. Security gate at entrance to estate required an access code - one that had not been provided. Once in enquired about code to get out to the bar where we were able to get food. Eventually supplied with an entry and exit code. When we returned we were denighed access to the estate as our code had been used to exit and, therefore, the entry had been cancelled. More delay while security obtained approval for us to return.

Wedding group of 14, accommodated in family and double rooms. Felt like we were in our own home, great to eat together
Ant infestation, even on food in fridge.
Towels look tired, look out of place based on quality of rooms.
Spanish omelette recipe needs work, sometimes had too much cheese.
Staff speaking too loudly.
